Beach time

Baia Taormina offers You two kind of beaches...it depends on your taste and adventurousness, which one you will choose! :)

Natural beach

Just under the hotel there is a marvellous, hidden natural beach, where you can be on your own, enjoy the sea, explore the underwater wildlife, or just relax, and listen the voice of the sea, far from the noisy beach life.
You can also make a nice walk on the seaside and collect beautiful sea stones for your collection (or you can start it now, if you never tried!)...this area is famous about the specially nice gravels. You will have a few nice moments keeping it on your office table and holding it again in your hand the middle of winter remembering that sunny day when you found it! :)
You can reach this little wild coast just with a 5 minutes walk across the garden of Baia Taormina. Don't forget your towels and a bottle of water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere!

Private Beach

If you prefer to have more comfort, we suggest You to choose the Private Beach, where you will have your own sunbed and parasol, a kind lifeguard ensuring your safety, shower place close to the sunbeds and comfortable changing cabins with toilets. Also you can find there a bar with seaside terrace, serving delicious lunch and snacks and refreshing drinks for those who wish it.
You can reach easily the beach with our shuttle service in 5 minutes, whenever you just want.

The Rule of 3 - against the sun

1. Whichever beach you are going to choose, take care, the sun is very strong here between 12 and 15 o'clock. You may not notice it because the pleasant wind on the seaside, but you will feel it and see your burning skin in the night. We suggest you to follow the local attitude and have a nice siesta in the afternoon, enjoying the air condition of your room, or just place your sunbed in shadow, and cover yourself.

2. Use strong, good protection level sun lotion and if you are sensitive, a hat and sunglasses.

3. We know, that it easy to forget about it, but drink a lot of water at the daytime...

...and in this way well protected, enjoy the sunshine! :)
